Marleen created Nurse Practitioner OnCall in 1998, when she recognized the value of providing physicians with a much needed source of relief from the burden of having to take after hours call. While she worked as a Medical Practice Manager in Primary Care and Geriatrics, she collaborated with a Physician and a business executive to create Nurse Practitioner OnCall, the first local call service of its kind. Her attention to detail and high expectation of her expert recruitments have led the telephone triage business to a new level. Her 30-plus years of clinical and healthcare expertise has implemented such programs as the Healthy at Home Program, which offers Primary Care at the home of the elderly and mobility-challenged populations in Eastern Massachusetts. As a practice manager, she took a solo practitioners office with three employees and turned it into a multi-specialty practice with over 20 practitioners and support staff with revenue enhancement exceeding 130% compounded growth annually. She is a graduate of Mount Ida College.
Douglas Fritz, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Douglas Fritz is our Medical Director and supervises our team of Nurse Practitioners. He attended Albany Medical School of Union University and completed his internship and residency at University of Louisville Hospital. Dr. Fritz is Board Certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, and sees patients of all ages at Mass General Brigham Integrated Care in Salem, NH. When he is not working, Dr. Fritz enjoys time with his young family, traveling and gardening.
